In 1991, a couple of owls gave birth to a chick in the attic of Mrs. Toyoko

During the absence of the couple, Mrs. Toyoko handled the baby who had fallen from the nest. Over the years, the Owls are back in the attic, then their children and grandchildren. Since that day, Ms. Toyoko continued to take care chick while their parents went out to hunt, and this for 20 years. According to the Asa zoo official, Mrs. Toyoko helped 51 chicks to survive over the years. He added: “If the owls are back since 20 years, is that they felt safe here. ” And Mrs. Toyoko concluded: “If I am still fit at 79, thanks to the owls”
